Christy Rutherford is a globally recognized leader and an advisor to executive leadership and businesses. As a keynote speaker and author, she has published five #1 best-selling books on Amazon within eight months. An alumna of Harvard Business School, Christy is also a certified Executive Leadership Coach from Georgetown University and has been featured in Forbes three times.

She is the 13th African American woman to achieve the rank of Commander (equivalent to Lieutenant Colonel) in the U.S. Coast Guard’s 225+ year history, where her demographic representation was only 0.1%. Christy responded to the needs of the citizens in New Orleans just two days after Hurricane Katrina. She completed a three-year Congressional Fellowship with Congressman Elijah Cummings at the House of Representatives.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Christy’s academic portfolio includes an MBA and a pastry chef diploma.
