Hailey is an Emmy-award-winning sports journalist who currently hosts and reports for CBS Sports HQ and contributes to CBS Sports Network and the Golazo Network. In five years in sports broadcasting, she has covered everything from six-man football and rodeo to NCAA National Championships and a historic Stanley Cup run in South Florida. Her career has taken her across the country, with stops in Montana, Alabama, Miami, and Dallas. 

A former soccer player at UNT, Hailey helped Mean Green secure a conference title in 2016 before joining the other side as the pop/color commentator & social media coordinator for the team, all while obtaining her Master of Journalism. Before that, Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where she became one of the first walk-ons in program history and the first to earn a scholarship. Her favorite interviews include a conversation about music and football with Rick Ross, a one-on-one discussion with Al Michaels about the man who saved Tom Landry’s life during a football game, and working as the Red Carpet Correspondent for the Dallas Cowboys at the 2023 ACM awards.
