Benaishe Poole Watson is a woman on a mission. Born in Los Angeles, California, to an immigrant mother from Guatemala and an African-American father, Benaishe faced many challenges in her childhood. At seven, she became a latchkey kid and walked home from school past gang members and drug dealers through the dangerous streets of South-Central LA, Crenshaw District. At age 9, her parents’ divorce became official, and Benaishe spent a lot of time alone while her mother worked as a nurse in Compton. However, her mother’s hard work and determination inspired her to be the best she could be.

Benaishe’s journey led her to serve nine years in the United States Air Force, where she gained invaluable experience and discipline. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and two Master’s Degrees from George Washington University, one in Political Management and one in Public Administration. She also holds a Law Degree in International Relations and Affairs.

Benaishe’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to become a real estate mogul. She has been officially named the #2 Realtor in Dallas, TX, #19 in the State of Texas, a Top 100 Real Estate Agent in the United States of America, and the Top 1% in the Nation. With an average of 400 homes sold annually and over 20 years of investing in real estate, Benaishe has built and developed over 20 custom home properties from 2018-2020 alone.

Benaishe’s passion for helping minorities achieve homeownership led her to create Prime One Home Loans. She recognized the homeownership gap that minorities face due to job loss, financial loss, credit challenges, and mainstream banks’ discrimination. Prime One Home Loans offers competitive rates and services to better serve the community’s needs and effect change in the financial world. Benaishe’s story is a reminder that no matter where you come from or what challenges you face, you can achieve greatness with perseverance and a positive attitude.
