Joy White is a certified mindset and wellness coach for Black women, transformational keynote speaker, seasoned employment lawyer, and serial entrepreneur with almost two decades of experience spanning the C-suite, higher education administration, non-profit board rooms, international law firms, and small boutiques.

As the trusted legal advisor to College President, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team, she has partnered with business teams, providing cost-effective and solutions-based legal counsel and risk mitigation and achieving outstanding results within a limited budget. Ever the quintessential multi-hyphenate, Joy White™ is the Founder and CEO of Flawed Masterpiece™, as well as an award-winning filmmaker, employment attorney, certified transformational mindset coach, keynote speaker, serial entrepreneur, non-profit board member, and former Vice President and General Counsel of Morehouse College. 

Despite White’s many accomplishments, her life’s journey certainly hasn’t always been easy. As a survivor of physical and sexual violence, Joy has had quite the journey to healing which is what inspired her to launch Flawed Masterpiece™. To empower all women—particularly Black women and single mothers—to turn their pain into purpose, Joy White™ offers a variety of wellness products and coaching services. Specifically, White offers custom one-on-one mindset coaching, intimate group sessions, and mastermind programs. Each and every item in the Flawed Masterpiece™ store is intentional and designed to empower White’s customers and clients to achieve radical self-acceptance and long-lasting transformation. 

With over 17 years of legal experience, most recently as Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and College Secretary at Morehouse College, White has a particular interest and expertise working with Black women attorneys, physicians, senior executives, and entrepreneurs. White intends to help them adeptly navigate the mindset, wellness, and professional roadblocks unique to Black women working in male-dominated professions and industries. Having traversed the rewarding yet tumultuous terrain of the legal profession, higher education administration, and entrepreneurship, she brings a depth and breadth of personal and professional experience unmatched in the mindset and executive coaching field.
